Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
In our own facility in Keysborough, Melbourne. We don't outsource manufacturing, and every batch is independently tested before it ships.

Check your tracking link first. If it hasn't moved in a few days, or your order is past its expected delivery date, email us with your order number. We'll chase it with Australia Post and send a replacement if it's lost.
About 8.4mg of natural caffeine per gummy, from yerba mate. A full bag of 10 gummies has 84mg, roughly the same as a cup of coffee.
It depends on how much of a lift you want. Have a few for a light boost, or more when you need it. Don't have more than 10 gummies a day, and count any coffee, tea or energy drinks you have that day toward your total caffeine.
Hold-On is for adults only. It isn't recommended for children, or for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first.

Keep them below 25°C in a cool, dry place, out of direct sun. Don't leave them in a hot car. Don't use a bag if the tamper-evident seal is broken.

Yes, at no cost, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email info@hold-on.com.au with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our change of mind returns policy applies.
Sorry about that. Email info@hold-on.com.au, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Yes, if the bags are unopened and sealed, within their best-before date, and you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are food, we can't accept opened bags. You cover return postage, and we refund the product price once the return arrives. Please email us before sending anything back.
We process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.
