No, you don’t have to create account to browse our website. However, if you would like to place an order, then you’ll be prompted to provide your contact and delivery details during the checkout process. It is encouraged that to register an account with us so that you can track the status of your order as well as the details of previous orders placed. We’ll also be able to send you special offers that have been tailored to your needs.

Subscribe to our email newsletter to receive special offers and discount vouchers. Ensure that your email inbox will accept mail from us otherwise the newsletters will go directly to your junk email folder. So be sure to whitelist our email address.

Please allow us a lead time of 2-3 business days for us to pack and process your order. We’ll send you an email to advise that your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive to collect your order before you receive this email. If you’d like to pick up at a certain day or time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Pickups are only available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We’re not open over the weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times will vary depending on where the delivery address is. For delivery within Australia, see our Shipping Times reference table. Shipping times to overseas destinations will take longer and will depend on how long your local Customs Authority takes to process your consignment.

Yes we ship to all over the world. Our website is able to automatically calculate shipping costs during the checkout process.

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order as well as the delivery postcode. During the checkout process and before you proceed to payment, our website automatically calculates the shipping costs when you place items into the shopping cart and enter in the delivery postcode.

Simply sign into your account in the top right hand corner and select the “Account” link also in the top right hand corner.

Once in your account, to change your contact name, email or password, click on the link “Account Settings”. If you’d like to change your billing or shipping address details, click on “Addresses”.

A copy of your tax invoice will be emailed with your order and can be downloaded online by logging back into your account and looking for the relevant order.

Yes we can take phone orders for an admin fee of $15 per order.

We accept credit card, afterpay and paypal.

Yes we charge a cancellation fee of 5% for all credit card prepayments. This is to cover the unexpected costs of cancelled orders where a pre-payment was made via credit card. No cancellation fee applies for payments made via bank deposit or via cash.

When you purchase online from the Hold-On store you can choose to have the same order delivered to you on a recurring basis. You select the products you want to purchase at checkout and with a tick of a box you tell us to have the very same order delivered to you again every 4, 6, 8 or 10 weeks, keeping the same pricing as your initial order. When you choose to set up a subscription, you will be charged for the orders with no notification, which will be posted to you as per our standard shipping terms and this will continue until you cancel.

The Hold-On Subscribe service is flexible. Log in to your Hold-On account, go to Hold-On Subscribe and select to edit the delivery address, next delivery date and your preferred payment method.

Please note: There will be no notification when your next order is about to be processed. If you decide you do not want/need the items for that cycle, please be sure to log in and make any necessary changes at least 10 days prior to your next delivery in Australia and 21 days if your order is being shipped overseas to ensure your order is not processed and your account is not charged.

Once a subscription order is processed, we cannot change or cancel it. If you choose to modify your order, please note that any discount that may have been initially applied will be removed. Make any changes to your future order by logging in to your Hold-On account and updating your Hold-On Subscribe settings. If the Hold-On Subscribe settings have not been updated within the time frame mentioned above, your order will be processed as per the original schedule. Once the order has been processed it cannot be cancelled nor can we issue a refund.

Hold-On Subscribe is a free service for Hold-On members to help you stay in the path to better health and wellbeing, naturally. Meanwhile you could save more when subscribed to our products.

Visit the Hold-On website and either log in or create a new account by signing up as a new member - it only takes 5 minutes. Add your preferred products to the shopping cart and just before you complete payment, a Hold-On Subscribe option will be presented. Tick the box if you want to set up a subscription and select the number of weeks you want between deliveries. Your selection can be 4, 6, 8 or 10 weeks and the next delivery date will be displayed.

You certainly can. Login to your Hold-On account via the My Account drop down menu at the top right-hand side of the page and select My Shopping from the menu. Select the subscription you want to modify and select to edit the delivery address, next delivery date or your preferred payment method, or simply cancel. Please be sure to modify/cancel your Hold-On Subscription at least 10 days prior to your next delivery in Australia and 21 days if your order is being shipped overseas to ensure your order is not processed and your account is not charged.

Login to your Hold-On account and go to Hold-On Subscribe from the My Shopping menu and you will see your history including active or cancelled orders.

We do not accept returns for simply changing your mind after purchase, unless we otherwise specify, such as where you cancel your order before we dispatch the goods, and we send you confirmation of the cancellation. Despite the above, nothing in these Terms of Purchase alter any rights you may have under the Australia Consumer Law. Please ensure you retain proof of purchase of purchasing products from our Site and the goods in question if you are looking at returning your goods.
