Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. No surprises.

Dispatch

We pack and dispatch orders from Melbourne within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

All orders ship with Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

These are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods and severe weather can add a few days.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can follow it on the Australia Post website or app.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. We don't ship internationally yet.

Changing your address

Entered the wrong address? Email info@hold-on.com.au with your order number before your order ships and we'll update it. Once a parcel is with Australia Post we can't redirect it.

Lost, late or damaged orders

If your order is past its expected delivery date or tracking hasn't moved in a few days, email us with your order number. We'll work with Australia Post to find it or send a replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or with a broken seal, email us, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.

Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted on unopened, sealed bags within 30 days of delivery. See our Terms & Conditions for the full returns policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
