1. We have taken due care with any information you may provide to us when accessing our website. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk, although we undertake to take reasonable measures to preserve such information in a secure manner.

Return Policy:

This policy applies to purchases made from https://www.hold-on.com.au/ from Holdon Australia Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 649 368 114), trading as Hold-On.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, or with a broken seal, contact us as soon as possible. Ideally do this within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping. In most cases we won't need the item back. If we do, we'll cover the return postage.

Change of mind returns
Because our products are food, we can only accept change of mind returns when all of the following apply:

• The items are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The products are within their best-before date.

The customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns. We'll refund the product price once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

For food safety reasons, we can't accept change of mind returns on opened or partially used products.

Promotional items
Free items received as part of a promotion aren't eligible for a refund. If you return part of an order that included a promotional offer, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the full price of the items you keep.

How to start a return
Email info@hold-on.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. We recommend a tracked postage service for change of mind returns.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us and we'll work with Australia Post to locate it or arrange a replacement.
