So how much caffeine are we actually talking?+

Each gummy has a small dose of natural caffeine from yerba mate. A full bag of 10 gives you roughly the same hit as one cup of coffee. Have a couple for a gentle lift or go the full bag when you need to lock in.

Sugar free but they actually taste good?+

We know. Sounds too good. But yeah. Natural sweeteners, real fruit flavours, and a lot of trial and error to get the taste right. No sugar, no corn syrup, no weird aftertaste.

Am I going to crash at 2pm like everything else?+

Nope. That's literally why we made these. Natural caffeine from yerba mate releases gradually instead of slamming you all at once. Smooth energy in, smooth energy out. No wall.

Why do I get a warm tingly feeling?+

That's the Hold-On Flush. Vitamin B3 (Niacin) increases blood flow and that's what you're feeling. It's completely safe, totally normal, and it means the gummies are doing their thing. Think of it as your body switching on.

Can I have these with my morning coffee or is that too much?+

You can. Just be mindful of your total caffeine for the day. Most people find the gummies end up replacing a coffee or two rather than stacking on top. But if you want both, start with a few gummies instead of the full bag.

Are they actually vegan or just "mostly" vegan?+

Actually vegan. We use pectin instead of gelatin. No animal products in the formula, the manufacturing, or anywhere in between. 100%.

Where are these made? Like actually made?+

Australia. In our own facility. We don't outsource manufacturing or slap our label on someone else's product. Every batch is made in-house and independently tested before it ships.
